Heaven On A Spoon

I just tasted the most delicious thing ever.  Ina McCabe's authentically French chocolate mousse, made in Paris by me this very morning.  Without an electric beater.  Yup.  This is the best mousse I've ever made.  It wasn't lumpy or grainy.  It was smooth, chewy, chocolatey...  It was perfect.  Liz and Dai said they'd buy me all the chocolate I need to keep making it.
